About Us
Who I Am
My name is Daniela Rodriguez Santos — Realtor®, South Florida local, and the founder of Delamar Holdings Inc. I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, and since 2014, Miami has been home. This city shaped my hustle, expanded my network, and gave me the foundation to build something I'm truly proud of.
The name Delamar is personal. It weaves together my full name and pays homage to Larimar, the rare blue gemstone found only in the Dominican Republic. Unique, grounded, and unmistakably Caribbean. In Spanish, de la mano means hand in hand — and that is the simplest way I can describe how I work. I am with you, start to finish.
My Background
Real estate has been part of my professional life for years. I started in residential real estate before transitioning into property management with one of the largest residential companies in the country and that decision ended up being one of the best things I ever did for my career.
For nearly six years I worked directly inside residential communities, managing operations, leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and investment performance. I was the person residents called when something wasn't right. I was there for move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and everything in between. I learned what it actually means to take care of someone's home — not just sell one.
That experience gave me a perspective most agents don't have. I understand properties as not only assets, but as homes. I understand how communities operate. And more than anything, I understand people — because I spent years earning their trust inside the place they called home.
Now I've brought all of that back to real estate full time, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Who I Am Outside of Work
Outside of real estate, I'm an outdoors and sports lover at heart. Tennis, mountain biking, softball, the beach — if I'm not working, I'm moving. Growing up in the Dominican Republic gave me a deep love for nature and an appreciation for showing up fully in everything I do. That competitive spirit doesn't stay on the court — my clients feel it in how I negotiate, how I communicate, and how I always rise to meet the moment.
